Framed Prints are hand signed and numbered. They are shipped via courier with full tracking details and fully insured for their value. Tracking details will be provided upon request. Due to the fragile nature of a glass frame, we securely package all our frames so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.*

Canvas Box Print:
Canvas Prints are hand signed and numbered. They are shipped via courier with full tracking details and fully insured for their value. Tracking details will be provided upon request. They are securely packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

* IMPORTANT: You must immediately check the picture frame for damage upon receipt from the courier. Any damage found after this time can not be replaced or refunded.

Certificate Information:

This certificate is to prove the authenticity of your limited edition print. The certificate reference number is unique to your print, you will find a label with this reference number as well as relevant print information on the back of the print (and picture frame if purchased as a framed print). Never keep the certificate with the print in case of theft. The certificate is proof that you are the owner and keeper of the relevant print.

Your certificate will be supplied with your print / framed print.

Note: If you are purchasing a print only and are going to choose your own frame, I would recommend using a picture framing specialist to ensure you get the best out of your investment. Dark frames & mounts are recommended to compliment the style of images.

Framed Prints:

All framed prints are supplied with a solid wood frame*, this specification has been chosen to compliment the range of prints available. The frames are glazed using standard glass. The print mounts are chosen specific to suit the print, therefore no colour options are available. The backing boards are taped and come with a mounting hook.

Limited Editions: There will only ever be 500 copies of any limited edition print in existence, after that the original artwork/image is put into storage and never reproduced, this guarantees your print to be an investment.

The sole copyright of the original artwork/image is retained by the artist and photographer: David Fall Smith.

Any unauthorized reproduction is in violation of international copyright laws.

All information and statements contained herein are true and correct.

Sales: Our only method of sale is currently through Ebay, therefore any sales made through Ebay will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Ebay and PayPal.

Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

We provide high quality goods and services. You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

To cancel your order you must contact us in writing or email within five days of placing your order with us.

Damaged items: We are happy to replace/refund any goods that are confirmed faulty/damaged upon receipt. You must immediately check the item for damage upon receipt from the courier. If you find an item is damaged please do not accept the item and hand it back to the courier. Any damage found after this time cannot be replaced or refunded.

Due to the nature of the product, we can not offer any returns unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Where a refund has been agreed, we will issue a refund via the method you used to pay.

Items can not be exchanged.
